Ewan.McGhee@glasgow.ac.uk BIOGRAPHY Ewan McGhee joined the Extreme
Light group in 2021 as a part-time research associate, building a light
sheet microscope system as part of the MegaFLIM project funded by
EPSRC’s Physics for Life grant. This microscope system uniquely couples
fluorescent life time imaging with a high resolution intensity images
to generate a composite image which maps lifetime measurements to
sub-cellular localisation of biological activity. The groups expertise
in computational imaging will be utilised to combine the low spatial
resolution FLIM images with the high spatial resolution sCMOS images.
