Background

Inevitably some spam will get through to you. Typically, it is either “first run spam” - spam that is brand new and has not been integrated into any of the countermeasures available to us at that time, or spam that scores so low in our testing that it passes for a legitimate email. First run spam may well be tagged as “probably spam” buy our system, meaning that it’s test score came in above 5.0 and below 8.0 (anything above this score is rejected on receipt)
