-1) Set up and test offline analysis capability (on macroidle?) and
test it.

0) PiP cosmics 2 nights before beamtime.

1) Beam steering on new beamline.

2) Tagging efficiency mesurement and EVALUATION (needs off line
analysis.) Include room background tagger scaler run and correction
in evaluation.
Also get tagger alignment parameters.

3) TOF and Tagger singles rates check for radiator in/out
and target in/out. Needs target 6mm 12C and preferably working changer,
and capability to move forward TOF stands and parameter file set up to give
anotated rates.

4) Check raw QDC and TDC spectra, and gmeans and tmeans and tdiffs. Needs
suitable trigger(s).

5) Check tagger scaler, tdc hits and latch hits and tdc spectra (and
aligned OR of tdcs. Needs alignment parameters.)

6) Trigger tests for all desired triggers for all purposes - needs
triggers, and how to load them and check them.

7) dE HV,attenuator and threshold  checks - needs suitable triggers and
samples of all dE/TOF banana  and PiP banana spectra. Also checks thick
layer gains and thresholds.

8) Set PIP diagonal hardware cuts.

9) Check 16O water target can be mounted and run

10) Test copying data files to tape.

11) Run CD2 to energy calibrate PiP.

12) Complete all cribs required for production running.
 

The hope is that we can then do production running during Jan 30 - Feb 3,
probably on the water target.
