There is a pulser in the counting room (red Caen NIM unit, low down rack ?)
which supplies pulses at a high rate to the first tagger channel for
tests without beam. If this pulser is on during measurements with beam
it may wreck the data!
Push the green button to turn it on and the red button to turn it off.
