Personal Biography

I have been in Glasgow since 1972 having previously worked in Cambridge University, UK Atomic Energy Authority Harwell, University College London, Niels Bohr Institute Copenhagen and CERN. I am currently an emeritus professor and honorary senior research fellow. I collaborate with physicists at the Niels Bohr Institute Copenhagen, ITEP Moscow and the University of Adelaide. I am on the organising committee of the Scottish Universities Summer School on 'Neutrino Physics' in 2014.


Research interests

My research interests are mainly in the phenomenology of the electroweak interactions and physics beyond the Standard Model. Here are some current topics of interest.
