I have been in Glasgow since 1972 having previously worked in Cambridge University, UK Atomic Energy Authority Harwell, University College London, Niels Bohr Institute Copenhagen and CERN. I am currently collaborating with physicists at Niels Bohr Institute Copenhagen, ITEP Moscow and Institute of Physics Tbilisi. I am on the organising committee of the Scottish Universities Summer School on 'Neutrino Physics' in 2006.
My research interests are mainly in the phenomenology of the electroweak interactions and physics beyond the Standard Model. Here are some current topics of interest.
In addition I am Class Head for Exploring the Cosmos 1X and 1Y and member of the West of Scotland Physics Education Group.
