WHERE: Back door (stair D, level 2), Kelvin Building
WHAT: We run about 5km in 27-32 minutes, using the local park and river routes
WHY: Lower stress levels, better mental health, better physical health.
Everyone is welcome! Please arrive already changed and ready to get going at 13:15.
