[gpd] JRA5 Annual Report 2005

Dear colleagues,

please find in the attachment our (JRA5) contribution to the 2005 I3HP 
Annual Report. I would like to thank all of you that send me input for
this report - because of you I was able to put this together (and be 
just a few days beyond deadline ;-)). However, some of the information
was not available or not complete. In these cases I had to make some
assumption and I assumed that it was the same as last year.

Please have a look and check the implementation plans (Gantt charts),
the human effort (reported and planned) and the finances (reported and
planned). If I don't receive any corrections until 4.1., I assume that
you agree with what I wrote. The next management board meeting is 6.1.
and I therefore would have a chance to possibly make some corrections 
before this meeting.
