[gpd] [Fwd: Second Annual Report]

Dear colleagues,

I have to prepare the JRA5  part for the second annual report now,
the deadline Carlo Guaraldo has set for this is 16.12.2005.
To be able to do this I will need some input from you, in particular:

- Publications in 2005
- Conference Presentations in 2005
- Public Participation (public presentations, outreach activities,
   web activities)
- Total human effort and estimated costs
- Human effort for the next 18 months

For the last two points, or to generally see what we need to write,
please refer to the new HadronPhysics I3 webpages at

http://hadronphysics.infn.it

It's always easiest to first check what you sent in last time. Therefore
you may want to have a look at the 2004 annual report. You can find it
at

http://hadronphysics.infn.it/mod/book/view.php?id=8

If you are asked to log on or to enter an enrolment key, your user
name is your last name and the password/enrolment key is
'hadronphysics'.(Yara Bravo sent an email around with this information
a while ago, but I also had to dig for it first.)

The financial information is compiled by the financial contact persons
of the contractor, at least until the end of January when I probably
have to edit the overview for JRA5 once more. The other parts of the
report are not that hard to put together if I receive your input.

I would appreciate it if you could sent me your information by
the end of next week (9.12.) or latest by Monday 12.12. - this leaves
me with a few days to do the editing. The format should be either
plain ascii or the format given in the individual templates for the
parts of the report by JRA5 that can be found on the HadronPhysics
web pages at

For your information I'm also enclosing the letter that Carlo sent to
the spokespeople of the JRAs/networks.
