Zygo interferometer

The Zygo GPI XP/D interferometer is an industry leading metrology tool for measuring surface flatness of optical components. The system is also able to measure transmittted wave fronts, optical wedge, radius of curvature and external angles on shaped pieces. Using a 632nm HeNe laser light source the Zygo system can test components up to 4" diameter for a full range of optical properties. The system can also measure surface flatness for ceramic or semiconductor materials.
