Polytec laser vibrometer comprising an OFV-505 vibrometer head and an OFV-5000 controller allowing non-contact analysis of resonating structures. Using an auto focussing HeNe laser interferometer it is able to measure velocity, displacement and calculate acceleration. It is possible to use the vibrometer through vacuum tank windows due to it having a stand off distance of several metres.
