When?

Tuesday 11th - Friday 14th July 2006

Where?

map of Stirling, with train/bus stations, John Forty's Court (our accommodation) and the University itself

Conference facilities located at University of Stirling

Accomodation from the evening of 11th to morning of 14th at a modern complex located next to the historic Stirling Bridge.

Getting there

From Glasgow airport buses are readily available to City centre. From there goes an express train from Queen Street Station to Stirling (approx. 25mins).

From Edinburgh airport buses are also available to the city centre. From there a train goes to Stirling from Waverly Station.

Ceilidh!(pronounced kay-lay)

On Wednesday evening we will be attending an open-air summer ceilidh in Linlithgow Palace. Even if you're not in the mood for some traditional Scottish dancing the scenic location is worth the trip.

What you have to do...

Submit an abstract to Kevin O'Holleran (indicating talk/poster preference) by 30th June.

Price

£220. This includes almost everything: accommodation, ceilidh and food. It will also pay for an unknown proportion of the rail tickets from Stirling to the ceilidh in Linlithgow, which cost £7 per person.

Please pay on arrival by cheque or in cash - in £ rather than € (this applies to cheques, too!).
